Healthy Smiles, Brighter Futures!

Michigan Avenue Elementary is sharing an opportunity for students in all grades to receive dental care at school through Orange Blossom Family Health. The program offers exams, cleanings, sealants, dental education, and treatment to help students build healthy habits and confident smiles.
If you would like your child to participate, please complete the consent form by scanning the QR code on the attached flyer. You may also complete the participation section at the bottom of the flyer and return it to your child’s teacher or the school nurse by December 7, 2026.
