Dear Michigan Avenue Elementary Families,
Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are excited to welcome both our new and returning Bullpups and look forward to a wonderful year of learning, growth, and success.
To help your family prepare for the school year, we have attached the following resources:
📌 2026–2027 School Dress Code

• School spirit shirts may be worn every day.
• School spirit shirts will be available for purchase during our Meet the Teacher event on Friday, August 7, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
• Denim is permitted, as long as it is not ripped, torn, or excessively short.
• Please review the complete dress code to ensure your child comes to school dressed appropriately each day.

📌 Parent Information Guide

• This guide includes important contact information to help you know who to contact for questions or assistance throughout the school year.

📌 Before & After School Program Information

• We have also attached information about the before and after school program available this school year.
• If you have any questions or would like to enroll your child, please contact the program directly at 352-806-2868.

We encourage all families to review these attachments before the first day of school to help ensure a smooth start to the year.
