Principal’s Message
Dear Students, Parents, and Friends,
It is hard to believe that there are only nine weeks remaining in the 2025–2026 school year. What an amazing year it has been! As we prepare to close another chapter in our lives, I want to take a moment to celebrate our students. This year has been filled with challenges, triumphs, and unforgettable memories, and I am incredibly proud of the resilience, creativity, and kindness our students have shown. It is truly a privilege to watch them grow.
I am also excited for our students and families as our 2025–2026 yearbook arrives soon—a moment that always brings great joy and excitement. As you flip through its pages, I encourage you to reflect on the memories created and the friendships formed. Students, cherish these moments and carry them with you as you embark on the next chapter of your lives.
To our graduating class, as you enjoy your final weeks of elementary school and prepare to spread your wings and soar into middle school, remember that your time here has prepared you for greatness. Embrace new challenges with confidence, pursue your passions with determination, and never forget the lessons you have learned within these walls.
To all students, I urge you to use these final weeks to prepare for the FAST PM3 Assessment. Take your time (use “all day” if needed), be diligent in your work, and give your best effort on this important assessment. It provides evidence of all you have learned and reflects your dedication to academic success. Continue to pursue excellence, embrace diversity, and make a positive difference in the world around you. Your potential is limitless, and I am confident that you will continue to inspire others with your talents and accomplishments.
Parents and guardians, please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding your child. I welcome your suggestions and value your interest and active participation as we work together to prepare our students and community for the future. I maintain an open-door policy and can be reached by phone, in person, or via email at diane.crooknichols@osceolaschools.net. Thank you for entrusting me with your child(ren).
Warm regards,
Diane Crook-Nichols
Principal
